According to my many weeks of experience the cold water from shower is smoking hot. You literally cannot shower otherwise you'll burn. The hot water however is really hot???? if that helps.

This is just one among myriad of issues.

So nope, don't get fooled by their mediocre facade.

Thank me later.

It was really a great time I spent there .
I booked one room for three nights .
Service: So goof that I had issu with the door and they fixed it immediately
Facilities:
Massage service
Free WiFi, free parking , swimming ????u200d♂️ pool
Cafe and restaurant .
The rooms are cozy, and the beds are very comfortable .

This is the worst hotel in the world as based on the service. you can't order food from outside and if you ordered by mistake nobody will take it up to your room. It's very strange.
I recommend you don't waste your money here.
It's Horrible Experience.

I needed to change room several times but all have same weird smell.

Very poor customer service. Was offered a free night by the hotel due to construction during a past stay with no time limit to redeem. When I asked for it to be honoured they refused.

Bad Customer Service, i went there on 18th Feb to attend an event being held in one of their halls but they denied me hotel basement parking and instead asked me to park outside in paid parking zone.

I went to Samaya Hotel for an interview appointment by Tiger Group. It was an amazing sight to behold. Warm and welcoming reception, clean and serene environment. I felt at home while waiting for my interviewer because I arrived much earlier before the scheduled time. My bus driver is late most days in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon. Once he didn’t even show up in the morning and me and my friends had to get a lift to school. He has shown up half an hour late today and other times therefore I’m posting this with 2 stars
