First of all for getting clearance letter they ask me to visit branch after 3 days. There is only one branch for whole dubai. I requested them that i need just soft copy which will do or an email will be fine but they said they dont have that type of service in system and told me to visit tuesday 1.00 pm. When i visied the branch at 2.45 pm Tuesday, except me there was only 2 customers sitting and it was silent, i checked with one of the counter he said take a token. After taking token he told he has closed for the day and pointed a counter and said she will call me after sometime, 10mins gone she didn't called anyone, she was on a phone call. After some time i went to her and requested that i have a meeting need to go early can she provide me letter, she was very rude and said me she is doing her work and will call once finished. Then when she called she searched for a letter from her desk and said it is not yet recieved. My whole day gone, i asked her if so why call center people promised this day with time. The simple answer she gave is monday was hiloliday so told me to come again on Wednesday. What ever i said she didn't listened to me and there was no value for our time and money. And when i called call center he also showed me same attitude and said me if u want you can give negative rating on bank, he doesn't have any problem. The worst banking service in this modern world. And very worst people you will meet within the bank.

One of the worst customer service banks to transact with. I have been their customer for 7 years. They do not have a proper customer service desk, nor there is a banking app. The banking portal is primitive. To top it all, they will change the terms and conditions of their credit cards all of a sudden and make it difficult for customers to avail any cashback benefits. With points about to expire, there will be no notification from the bank either through email, sms or call. The monthly statements will not notify the customer either that the points are about to expire. So the intelligent customers will have to keep a tap on every spend and ever point generated to track the expiry date or else the bank is happy to usurp the customer's points without even notifying the customer.
May God save customers from dealing with this bank ????

Worst experience. U have to visit branch for canceling Credit card. Also, I think they have only one branch for Dubai/Sharjah/Ajman customers. For cancelling a credit card, I need to spend 100 aed for travelling to this branch. Never take this bank cards/accounts

Worst bank I dealt with. I called samba bank last May 6 for card cancellation - ideally calling for cancellation means a closure for all, then someone called me as getting my reason of cancellation. I thought that call will be the sign of cancellation process..wait theres more???? he told me to call again the bank to cancel the loan attached to this card. The next day i called the bank blah blah blah telling why I’m cancelling and cancel all my loans. After a week i follow up the bank and they said they cannot process until I’m not going to the branch - sharjah to Jumeirah branch (the only branch of nearby). So, in my story I’m already eat up 2 weeks, I went to the branch exactly 8am, they open 8:05am and with that my frustration is a little low because there is no queue and immediately i was called by a lady from account. I told to her that i am going to request for cancellation letter..etc..then she said i cannot do this request and wait to someone from the credit card, after 30 mins this lady came, doing a lot of things set up, combing hair, etc..after 10 mins finally she opened...immediately i request the closure..talking to her you will not find the customer service the you can expect why this bank wanted to go to the branch and to it there..she told me and point to to xerox machine to get a paper and right about the card details etc..finally I’m done with this lady there are some more talks that we did but bottom line there is no customer service in this branch. After 2 days and keep calling until the weekend, i got the sms that my card was cancelled...but wait theres more to secure a letter which i needed most i need to wait again 3 more days...i almost lost my temper but still i managed. Happy graduation finally May 26 a got the papers...So, in total to cancel a card in samba it will take you almost a month...moral lesson: DONT GET SAMBA CREDIT CARD

Worst bank dealt with. One branch in entire Dubai. Worst online banking ever experienced. Worst mobile banking app. For new Application they will come to your door step but for cancellation you have to go other end of Dubai to their only branch to cancel it. There is no option to cancel it online or on phone especially in this Covid time where most of the banks are going digital. DO NOT buy any product. A genuine advice !!!!!

Worst bank of my life. They are livibg in 70s.
Want to cancel credit and they asked to come to Jumairah branch.
Went there travelling 60km, all counter closed and ppl sitting on counters doing nothing.
Amazing customer service.
If u have free time and want to spoil ur life then go with this bank.

Not to much banking services, debit cards are outdated.

Best thing is my relationship manager (Mr Tamer) is very helpful and cooperative.

Most lazy customer service i have ever seen in country like UAE.
All counters were closed at 1 PM and tellers were doing gossips behind the counter.
I am the only customer in the bank and waited more than 30 minutes to being served.
Only one branch in UAE!

Driver was professional, patient, pleasant, and we had great conversation. My flight was delayed over an hour and customs was packed, so this delayed my meeting the driver by quite some time. This was no problem! The driver picked me up, loaded my luggage, and we were on our way! Van was spotless and comfortable. 10/10, highly recommend!
