A historic bridge restored in 2011. Located in the centre of Hebdon Bridge it is a popular centre of activity for relaxing by the river as well as a tourist attraction and a convenient predestination crossing. If in Hebdon Bridge stop by have a look at this historic bridge take in the often bustling atmosphere and scenic scenery and this busy duck location.

12/08/22: Hebden Old Bridge, erected circa AD 1510. Replaced a medieval bridge built from timber. Many repairs were necessary in AD 1602 and again in AD 1657. The parapet was repaired in AD 1845 and raised higher in AD 1890. The eastern arch of the bridge spans the tail-goit of Bridge Mill, originally the manorial corn mill of Wadsworth.

Beatiful family and child friendly English-UK Town. Loads of varied places to eat and drink out. Stayed at the Croft Mill serviced apts and they are great with loads of local food Milk, bread, cheese, gluten free, etc. Very nice and close to town. Ate at the White Lion, Marco’s cafe and Greek Aya Sophia. Lamppost cafe is also very nice, unique and cozy. Highly Recommend it.

I'm not sure how you review a bridge, but Google asked so I will give it a try. It's a prominent landmark in a pretty market town, you tend to cross this either on the way to a couple of shops or before the climb up to Heptonstall (which is worth a visit and there is a bus service if you don't want to climb all those stairs and steep inclines). There is a fantastic view of the bridge behind the tearoom down the road and is a perfect picnics spot along the Riverside.

Every year a duck race runs underneath the bridge which is pretty fun.

Also there are no trolls or stout men with pikes underneath so it's goat and viking friendly.

Cute little English Town with a park, train station, canal and plenty of shops, pubs, etc. There are some walks available in the area too. Worth a visit if you're in the area and the weather's good. It also contains an outdoor market on occasions with plenty of unique produce on offer - often a little overpriced though. It is known for the old bridge in the centre or town.

Beautiful place. Always wanted to go to HB, and yesterday realized it. Stunning scenery, interesting architecture, quirky shops and fake hippies everywhere ☺️
