Hidden gem!

We have spent many trips to London trying to find somewhere to park that is convenient to get to from the motorway whilst providing reasonable transfer times into the centre of London.

This station is perfect. Its easy to access from the motorway with ample parking. It has EV chargers if needed and is about 25 minutes to central London. Parking is a matter if a few pounds for 24 hours.

Word of warning - it IS now inside the ULEZ so you may have to pay the cost associated with that too.

What am absolute nightmare it took over an hour to pay the parking charge. The machine doesn't work the apps don't work.
Very poor signal in the area. Station staff unhelpful, patking has nothing to do with them. Phone number no use at all.

It used to be my go to station until the Mayor of London stuck his nose in and made everything this side of the North Circular part of the ULEZ zone. The station is handy for getting into Harrods and museums but little tip, if you want Oxford Street, Bond St, walk up the steps and turn left by the Greyhound pub. End of the road is West Acton station, quicker for central London. Also, those complaining about people having to walk through the parked cars to get to the station are obviously unaware of the huge parking area behind the station and think the parking out front is all there is.

Decent underground station, I use this to travel into Central London from. The car park is a decent size, never have an issue finding a space plus its very reasonably priced, hope this doesn't change. It takes about 30 mins to get into central London, but to get to the station from the m4 is not a long drive so getting to and from this station to the m4 is not much hassle. Recommended.

Parking renews at 0430...therefore overnight stay costs 2 days parking

small car park but we only went on a Sunday trip to London so there were a lot of free spaces. very convenient as it is literally outside the station. £2 for the whole day that's definitely a go to car park if you are driving to London on a Sunday!
