The basic etiquette of serving dosa or any other South Indian dish, is that it’s better tasting when it’s hot. Staffs were busy in their own world, they really don’t care what we say. Can’t blame them, it’s the managements fault.

Saravana Bhavan is a highly recommended choice if you are craving for South Indian Pure-Veg delicacies - Ghee Roast, Vada, Pongal, Filter Coffee and all sorts.
Dining is spread out over a wide area, tables distanced aptly apart.
The clatter of the tin/steel plates/tumblers and the music in the background makes you feel you are back home.
Portion sizes are more than apt for an average-sized adult. I had a difficult time finishing the Ghee Roast, Vada and Coffee (all at some AED 27).
Dishes are priced a tad higher over mainstream South Indian Pure-Veg restaurants, but the quality and taste you get is worth the price.
Sangeetha, Vasantha Bhavan, Kamat and now Saravana Bhavan (not in any order) - these are my top 4 picks when it comes to the best Pure Veg dishes.
