Going back for Easter 2023 and summer 2023.

We have stayed at these cottages ( Rooster) for over 8 years. They never disappoint.
We have always enjoyed our time at Manor Farm Holiday Cottages.

Comfortable, warm : well maintained : perfectly clean.

Do stay - you will not be disappointed.

Nice site with some pitches having good views. Could do with an on site shop but it's only a short walk to the nearest Co-op providing everything you could need. Track leading to pitches/fields could be better(potholes etc) and got pretty muddy/slippy when wet but there is an alternative entrance which was better. Old shower/toilet block pretty grotty and hardly used but new block better but could do with more regular cleaning(especially when the grass had been cut and most of it ended up in the toilet block floor). Altogether a nice site in a good location.

Clean, contemporary, spacious accommodation. Great location near the beach, town and shops but also quaint and peaceful. Great views and public footpaths. Can hire bikes and watch the sunset over the sea! Lovely, helpful owners.

Having taken up camping again, many years since I had last slept under canvas, I was a little apprehensive about coming to this site, especially as its so cheap.

But what a place, under canvas with Electric hook-up, great views over Cromer and the sea. A short walk down into Cromer itself, and a couple of supermarkets close by too.

Facilities are the usual showers etc, pretty good, and clean though it struggled a bit on Carnival day, when it was extremely busy. I booked on Cromer's Carnival week by sheer chance and only a few weeks beforehand.

Despite the site being huge, it is broken down into smaller fields so doesn't feel too bad. We had a couple of windy nights right at the top of the hill so when we return we'll try for a lower pitch.

Quiet location, nice to see the horses and donkeys the cottage is spacious inside (photos online dont do it justice!) Perfect spot to take in the glorious coast lien, 10 minute walk to east Runton beach and about 30 minutes there to Cromer lovely to wlak along the beach. Perfect retreat to explore Norfolk coastlines.

Stayed there 3 times with family group, Like it a lot. Beautifully furnished and so comfortable. Easy walk to Cromer. Nearby beach.

We have stayed here twice now both times very enjoyable. Our cottage was well equipped and cleaned to a high standard.
