Very cordial staff, they ensured all our requirements were met and we were as comfortable as can be with our infant, they even managed to provide us with a baby bassinet and change our seats to accommodate us. Food could be improved but overall it was a great experience would definitely fly again with them.

Not a bad service, but keep in mind that this is a dry Airline (un case that you need some wine before sleeping)

The airlines missed checking in the luggage in the London to Dubai flight via Jeddah. The airport staff promised to deliver the luggage in 6 hours, however it is 12 hours and counting. No update, no apology, no sense of priority. None of Saudi airlines numbers are valid. A day of the trip wasted + still in uncomfortable travel clothes. Pathetic experience. Best to avoid this airline.

Very bad not professional at all I booked my seat as window long feet seat which it means I paid extra they give normal middle seat when I show them the ticket they said we can’t do anything and they already give my seat to different person team not professional. More over not supportive Not even trained well if they are doing such mistakes on this way how people will be secure during a flight .not recommended at all .very dry and poor service.

Flight at 7th, airline lost my baggage, registered my case at 10th. Expected completion date 19th. How many lost cases been registered everyday? U need 9days to solve a problem????Today is 23rd????Excuse me. Such a bad experience. No phone call no email nothing.

From the booking to the flight… if you like to enjoy a flight? Book Saudi Arabian Airlines.. even to change the flight is easy. Check in super friendly. If you fly economy or business class you will enjoy the flight

Wrong information by call centers, wrong information on website , no answers on calls , silly airport staff and no after sales .... not recommended

-10 star deserves this airline.. I requested wheelchair for passenger for a flight of 13 hours with stops and NO SERVICE WHEELCHAIR WAS PROVIDED Especially for a person suffering from backpain..
