Don’t believe a single bad review. I’ve been here so many times, including right now, and not only is the staff particularly well-trained (especially for Dubai standards), but the food is delicious and the coffee is good. Scarlet is among my go-to breakfast places and to say I love this place would be an understatement.

Service can be slower, but that’s usually because they’re so busy.

Brunch was ok but from 11h15 to 12h30 to get a salmon and a scramble eggs this is not acceptable at all

Probably one of the best patisserie/ boulangerie in the region. Everything is freshly baked and of excellent ingredients quality. It is not a café 100% but rather a take away bakery at a prime location inside the Blue Waters island. Service staff are always helpful and friendly!

We went to grab some fresh pastries and coffee. The smell inside is intoxicating, you'd want to try everything. The staff are friendly and attentive. The only issue was, we sat indoors and it was truly warm. I understand it was probably due to the constant fresh baking in the ovens, but we were sweating.

I was there last week with my family the service was outstanding the food was great the atmosphere was brilliant. Such a cool place if you come to Dubai definitely go here.

Very disappointed…The food itself is excellent, tasty and fresh, but the rest is really out of control. Service time is a weak side and with all respectable attitude it doesn’t help. I think they are not managed well and this influenced to client satisfaction.

The French toast was below average.
The chicken was like plastic.
I would not recommend this coffee for anyone.
