One of the best schools in UAE, you won’t find any educational facility, supportive staff and existing environment similar to SRS.

The experience your child will have in SRS is fulfilled with knowledge, excitement and fun.

Highly recommended!

I strongly recommend you to choose this school for the high quality of teaching combined with the supportive, kind, and engaging atmosphere. Teachers are passionate about seeing their students succeed and be at their best behavior. The building is so spacious and the facilities are excellent and meets all the requirements.

The School of Research Science has been my educational home for the past four years I can prove this by having a card for the school, and it has been an incredible journey. The dedicated faculty at SRS go above and beyond to support students’ learning and foster critical thinking skills. The emphasis on research has allowed me to explore my passions and develop a deep understanding of various subjects. The inclusive and supportive environment, coupled with excellent facilities, has truly enhanced my overall educational experience. I highly recommend SRS to any student looking for a nurturing and academically enriching school.
While the school doesn’t offer the best education in the UAE, their facilities are the best I’ve seen and the teachers are very helpful. They would always support you. Just make sure that you talk to the school and make a meeting if there are problems. The staff and welfare department are working very hard to help all the parents. Mr Ibrahim, who has been with me for 4 years, isn't only welfare, but he is our friend, we make jokes, laugh around and have a nice conversation with him. He works very hard to make sure that we have the best experience. Ms Abeer always checks on our academies, and she always checks to make sure the education is good and see if there are any problems. The manager ( Ms Hala) in this school is very kind and respectful, she always helps and changes the school to give us a better experience. She is like a mother to all students and parents, she tries her best to not make us sad, and she always listens and she wants us to have the best experience. Not only the English academies are excellent, but the Arabic and the Islamic academies are top-notch, especially with teachers like Mr Malek and Mr Absi, they are such great teachers. Most people say that the school isn’t the best suited for people born outside the Emirates, but I am born outside of UAE and I haven’t had any issues so far. If there was a problem with students, tests, or anything. We have welfares that are very highly experienced and they react quickly to fix the problem. I would suggest going to this school if you care about your son’s education. I used to be scared to go to this school as people say it isn't international and you might get bullied for being in a different country but I got along with people well and they are like my brothers.

I am immensely grateful for the invaluable experiences and opportunities I have had at the School of Research Science. It has been a transformative journey filled with academic growth, research exploration, and personal development. I wholeheartedly recommend SRS to any student seeking an exceptional education and a nurturing environment that fosters curiosity, critical thinking, and lifelong learning.

Now I don’t care about what people say about this school but it has been my favorite school ever. I will do anything to go back to SRS. Not all students are bad and they now get disciplined more than before. They change and become better people. It is very easy and fun and the teachers are amazing they are like my friends, I have conversations with them at break and learn a lot from them. I have amazing friends and they are always with me. I feel like I belong there and the school feels like home to me.
Most schools that I went to is said to have an amazing education and one of the best but in my opinion that’s not true. When I went to SRS I learnt so much than the other schools I went to.
The school looks really beautiful and I love to walk around the campus. It is not mixed which makes it easier for some people. The most important thing is the education and students. It is easy and the people are iconic.
Just to say if you will ever bring your kid to this school the students will treat you differently depending from where you are from. If you are not comfortable with that then I won’t suggest it. But if you are local or khaleeji then you will have no problem since it isn’t really international. All students are Arab but not all teachers.
I love this school so much I will do anything to help the school.
I Love SRS!

This is my 6th year in SRS and for now I would not move to another school. The buildings are amazing and so are the facilities, but the reason I continue working in this school is the students and their families and some amazing members of staff. I have felt at home in SRS, the kids and their parents have made me feel welcome and part of a family.
SRS is not your typical international school, it is a family and a community. If you do not understand the culture, religion and values you might think otherwise.
My family have been made to feel at home here in dubai partly to SRS and we love it.
Yes you have issues here as you do in every other institution.
But majority of the kids are amazing, their parents are very supportive and caring about their kids wellbeing and the teachers wellbeing and we have got some amazing teachers that work here.

Inshallah I will be here for the foreseeable future as I consider this school my school.

So many ppl told me not to bother with this school. When I say I’m thinking of putting my child here they’d cringe. Talk about the bullying the behavior of students and staff alike. I decided to try it out anyway. A tour wouldn’t hurt. Every time I try to go for the tour subhanallah something happens and gets in the way. Today even though I was late I said I’d go in. Got there called the person who I’m in contact with, got ignored. See someone giving someone else a tour and I think ok maybe they’ll come back because they saw me but didn’t acknowledge. I walked around a bit. Called again. Messaged. The message was read and ignored. I waited an hour till a staff I had to approach (even though there were so many around) and asked she pointed me in the right direction to the “reception”. Mind you I asked multiple staff members and they did not know who I was looking for. After waiting an hour and then heading to the reception I ask for her again and try and call her and get ignored. So I left. So no. Wouldn’t recommend. Even trying to get a tour …. Wow. Just no

SRS is quite possibly the worst international school in Dubai. If you are a teacher thinking about joining here then you are about to make a huge mistake and take your career to its lowest point. You will be attracted by the generous salary and benefits package, as well as the completely sugar-coated facade presented to you by management of a ‘high performance’ learning environment. Dont be fooled by any of it.

The general levels of respect discipline and behaviour of the students at SRS are truly appalling. As someone who has taught in international school’s around the world, I have never seen anything like it. Students run riot throughout corridors, turning up to lessons half way through (if they bother to turn up at all). They will do as they please during lessons and generally ignore you, simply laughing off your attempts to settle them down or try to teach them anything. You will be lucky to get through even 5 minutes of lesson content within the space of an hour. This isn’t teaching, its just crowd control.

The roots of this problem run very deep. Deeper than you can ever attempt to fix with your behaviour management skills. There are no real consequences for the students. No suspensions, no exclusions, no after school detentions, and only a weak and ineffectual short lunchtime detention system that the students are indifferent to. The students know very well there are no consequences for their behaviour and so do as they please without a care in the world.

The students (and thier wealthy Emirati parents) are the ones who really run the school. No action will be taken that might remotely displease them, no matter how desperately it is needed to improve the situation.

The school is a continuous revolving door of British/European teachers who quickly decide they want out, and who are then just replaced with new staff who have been sold the same lie about how great the school is and tempted by the high salary. This is the school’s business model. This is how they run it. They care nothing for actually retaining staff or fixing the problem. Other than the staff, nothing changes. The leadership are content that this is the way things are, just as long as the tuition fees keep rolling in.

There are many many other problems with the school, its leadership, and how it is run. Too many to list here without writing a 10,000 word thesis.

Heed this warning and steer well clear of SRS as a teacher.
