I used Scout My Car before buying a 2012 Volkswagen Touareg. The overall condition of the car was great, but they were able to spot a small mechanical issue in the front crankshaft oil seal that required a replace. This did help me to reduce the price of the car from the seller, and be sure I was getting a great deal. Their customer service support was simply fantastic! Thanks Scout My Car, I strongly recommend them before buying any pre-owned cars in the UAE.

Scout My Car helped me avoid buying a used pick-up truck that had it's airbags disconnected after an accident. They really dig into details to reveal accident damage, and even issues with the electronics. I can highly recommend them if you're looking to buy a used car!

Had several very bad experiences with this company. Would not recommend them. Would give zero stars if I could and here is why.
I was trying to sell my car. A potential buyer wanted it checked out and came back with Scout My Car. The would pick up the car do the tests and and drop it back off. When i talked to the owner I had some reservations because what would happen if anything happened to my car while in their possession. I tried to get him to take responsibility but he spoke many words and "no" was the result. He did promise to pick up the car himself (the owner) the next morning. Well the next morning of course it was not him. Good start Ahmed. Anyway decided to hand over the car and they did their tests. When they dropped it back off the Air Conditioning did not work anymore, so I called him and explained we have a problem because it happened while they had it, he at least agreed it was working when they took it. He said he would stop by to have a look and he did. We talked about it and we came to an agreement that we would share the cost (which I was OK with) and so I brought it to his partner garage and when I got the quote he suddenly backed out of his agreement and said he will not pay a single Dirham. So Scout My Car taking my car for a simple test and that cost me many thousands of Dirhams. NOT OK AHMED!

Excellent customer service, detailed inspection, and very helpful report (Worth the money). Only note is you will get the report the next day so you need to plan for that. This service is a must before buying any used car.
