Very good service with great staff and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I had a nice stay at this hotel for a very correct price.
I only tried one meal (mushroom soup) which was good so can't vouch for the rest of the food.

The rooms were pretty good and just opposite of dubai customs. The one thing that i found as drawback was that they could have provided amenities like dental kit, slippers, etc as the hotel falls under 4star category. All other aspects were good. Except even with the check in time and the receptionist treated while guests came before checkin time.

Great hotel with a view of the port. Room was spacious and well maintained despite in an older hotel. Staffs were very friendly. Meals on their restaurant were good, I only tried lunch and dinner so I can't say for the breakfast since I had to check out very early in the morning to catch my flight back home.

Location is a bit far from shopping malls and Dubai Metro station so you'll need a taxi. For cruiseliner passengers or seafarers, it's quite close to the Port Rashid cruise terminal which is about 15 minutes by car. Dubai Airport is about 20 minutes by car.

The only downside here is that there are loud musics playing on the rooftop bar at midnight. I stayed on the 6th floor and I could hear the music in my room. Also there are two night clubs on the second floor so I think it's best to get a room on the middle floors instead.

Noisy room till 3am. Loud music. The bathtub in washroom is very high. So, if you are old or heavy built or have knees problem, I won’t recommend. Room service is good. Have put a request to upgrade with charges is still pending for past 5 hours. No response from front desk. I’m worried about my next 3 days stay here.
Ok. I’m editing my review after 2 days and check out is tomorrow morning and still no call from front desk. The staff is friendly and super helpful. Front desk is unprofessional

Very nice experience.Especially the staff was very good,special mention to Sunaina mam for her kind hospitality.Also the rooms were very well maintained and views were decent although not sea view as name suggests,but still one of the best hotels in Bur Dubai

Nice hotel. Close to most amenities. Rooms are clean and nice. Service is really good. Will visit again.

A great stay at reasonable price.
Despite age, rooms are well maintained.
Staff is extremely courteous, promptly attends to guests requirement.
One can have stumptous feast. Restaurant manager ensures smooth service with his personal presence at all times.

We checked out with great memories.

Somehow travel concierge decided to undo efforts of entire team.
50 mins wait for transport, compounded by traffic, barely checked in a few minutes before closure of counter.
Avoid using Hotel transport unless u intend to miss your flight.
Hopefully hotel management takes notice for effective improvement at travel desk.
