I don't recommend this company. Very bad service.
I received all my stuff either broken or damaged for air shipment from uae to canada.
Very bad handling and transfer .

Hi, I want to share my Experience of Sea Breeze, I had given my cargo in December 2020 in Dubai and till today, I have not received my parcel back in India.
Worst customer service from their team.
If any one authorized to maintain the standard of doing business in Dubai from Sea Breeze and seriously if they do care about the reputation of their company, than please look in to my case and solve it immediately.

Worst service that i have ever faced for sending cargo from Dubai to Kerala . I sent the cargo on 29th November 2020 through Sea breeze cargo DIP branch and they promised that it will reach in 25days. When i tried to track after 10 days , it was shown that the cargo moved to jabelali port . After a week again tried . same message was shown. When i tried to call the customer care, they were saying that the material already reached in Bangalore customs on 14rth Dec and waiting for the clearance and it will take more days. After 20th December the material was not delivered and again and called the customer care , The same message received that the material under clearance and the guy who gave information before that the material reached in Bangalore customs on 24th nov, the same guy had responded to me again and saying that the material reached to Bangalore customs on 4rth December only and it will take again 2 weeks. from there i came to know that these people are cheating without updating the details in website. When i asked them about the online tracking , every time they are saying that it will ready with in a week. after i made a scene on 26th dec 2020 to the office where i send , after that HQ team call me and they said 15th feb will deliver the meterial, Today again i checked , they respond very badly.they are saying material still not get clearance . Now 75 days finished.

This is the second time i m facing cargo worst experience. Last time when i send the material.

So i personally from experience i am not recomending cargo from SEABREEZE.

Worst service that i have ever faced for sending cargo from Dubai to Kerala . I sent the cargo on 16th November 2020 through Sea breeze cargo DIP branch and they promised that it will reach in 30 days. When i tried to track after 10 days , it was shown that the cargo moved to jabelali port . After a week again tried . same message was shown. When i tried to call the customer care, they were saying that the material already reached in Mumbai customs on 24rth November and waiting for the clearance and it will take 35 days. After 20th December the material was not delivered and again and called the customer care , The same message received that the material under clearance and the guy who gave information before that the material reached in Mumbai customs on 24th nov, the same guy had responded to me again and saying that the material reached to Mumbai customs on 4rth December only and it will take again 2 weeks. from there i came to know that these people are cheating without updating the details in website. When i asked them about the online tracking , every time they are saying that it will ready with in a week. Today 28/12/2020 . after i made a scene on 26th dec 2020 to the office where i send , today i checked my online tracking , i found that the material reached Kochi on 27th dec. Today again i checked , the material still in Cochin and not yet delivered. Now 42 days finished.

This is the second time i m facing cargo worst experience. Last time when i send the material , it was reached completely damaged and broken 40% of the items. When i complaint to them , they are saying customs opened and will not take any responsibility.

So i personally from experience i am not recomending cargo from SEABREEZE.

Please don't send poor service.
I sending sea cargo in dip branch on 28th November 2020. 6 month finish but I am not receiving my cargo. Many times I calling dip branch and customer care but nobody telling me proper answer.

CHEATERS , My cargo send on 5th dec,2020 and still in transit .
it is 100 days plus and they keep lying. We need some legal way to sue these services

Do not take accountability, do not answer phone calls....do not reply to mails sent........
I honestly do not recommend this company to anyone, refrain from using their services.
