I am in Dubai on holiday I have been coming ghetto most mornings for my Cappuccino and the staff have become used to me and have made my morning cuppa more enjoyable especially Kemal

Conducted a meeting in this coffee shop and SUPER VERY POOR costumer service specially the arabic old guy, he's very RUDE! He would interrupt us in our meeting just because one of my client did not order a drink since he's still full, but that arabic old guy is very pushy just to make him order. I will never go back to this coffee shop again. tsk tsk. Very bad experienced.

My favorite cafe in al ghurair mall, very nice location and staff Maya and Pam are great. The coffee is amazing!!! Also Mr Kamal always attend all customers concern and check on us everytime. This is why am am regular customer????

☕️ Friendly service, great looking cakes ???? ???? and decent coffee ???? Enjoyed visiting this coffee shop located in the Al Ghurair Centre which was buzzing with visitors and great music ???? With free WiFi if you’re searching for a place to fire up your laptop drop in to Second Cup - oh and a nice touch - my waiter Harvey invited me to take a seat, brought my coffee to me and I’m guessing will bring the bill too. Much smoother customer service and beats Qs and waiting ????

We ordered americano cofee, caffe latte and donuts. Americano was too strong for me. All of them nice. comfortable sofa.

The smoothie mint lemenade chiller was amazing. Staff friendly. Ability to work here.

I had a very good experience in second cup. Very good Ambiance, Clean and the best service. Manager Kamal was very humble and gave us the amazing service
