A delightful venue. We were able to relax and enjoy!
The Bang bang prawns were fab and the desert choices superb. I enjoyed the ribeye but the Yorkshire pudding was a little stodgy and the veg were not too fresh.
Overall a lovely day. I will return!

Amazing visit from start to finish. My mother has mobility issues as do I and our room was fantastically adapted to suit these. Every member of staff was friendly well presented and couldn't do enough to make our stay the best we could have. The location and grounds added to the tranquility. Best place to relax yourself. Highly recommended.

Utterly beautiful and fantastic place. Staff are great food is excellent and the lodges are gorgeous.
Good prices too especially compared to Aberdeen!!
One disappointment..... Hot tubs are locked off at 11pm and not reopened until 7am. I haven't been anywhere before that this happens and it's not great. I pay to be able to use the hot tub whenever so this was not great. I think they need to look at that!

I was here with my Sister's and Niece for afternoon tea. It has a beautiful setting near the loch and is surrounded by the Afton hills. The grounds are beautifully kept and the restaurant looks on to them and the Loch. The staff were very attentive although it was busy with a wedding reception. Food was good too. An extremely good place to have a wedding which we were lucky to see on the day we were there. Hub

Had afternoon tea here and it was absolutely fantastic. Staff were very nice. We stayed all afternoon and felt very welcome. Will definitely go back .

We stayed in one of the luxury lodges, which was stunning, the decor was modern and it had appliances needed for the time there. We enjoyed dinner and drinks and all staff were very welcoming and attentive.
Grounds are stunning and we will definitely be back as my daughters thoroughly enjoyed our family break here.

The whole wedding day was outstanding, it's a shame the day after is a conveyor belt, talk about, we've got your money, we not do not care ! Move along so the next mugs can get in ! Spoke to like dirt, queued for ages to check out was like a scramble to the desk. Breakfast, we were ushered in, waited forever, then ushered out. Staff attitude was awful the following morning.

We stayed in Birchwood lodge for my daughters 30th. Well happy with the lodge and facilities especially the spa pool. We had lunch in hotel, was booked for 9 but on arrival they had only set up for 6, this was quickly rectified with no fuss. Food was good with exceptional service from all staff who served our table. I am already looking to book for my 50th next year. I think you should have more than 1 lodge this size due to its popularity ????????????????????
