Drivers are driving roughly all over the city, vehicle number E71526 at 8:30am on Saturday empty roads near Al Nahyan st. DIP. Company is not bothered to check in this matter. Driving in a way that I could have met with an accident and top of that not allowing to drive, blocking road. When I stopped as he could not let me drive, driver opened the car door and started shouting. Learn some civic behavior.

Chat with two people in the evening and the morning after, only to come to know that the stock is not there. Why bother make the invoice (as if all stocks are there) when the list is not complete? Website not working for the registration; that is why we contacted the number on their website. What a waste of time dealing with such unapologetic/ proud(?) customer service. This is not a matter of logistics. Reconsider your advertising campaign if you do not have the capacity to handle the "basics".

Used to be an amazing and reliable place with a great selection. Last two orders have had the same issue: lack of stock, changes of plans, lack of clarity in delivery, last minute changes... A real shame. Used to love buying from them.
