I had the worst experience at SIRA office in Muhaisnah. The person at counter 11 for technical support has the worst attitude ever..its sooo hard for him to explain and if we ask him to repeat the information its as if like I asked to transfer his property

I have been to many other govt office and they all had the best attitude and all were polite.

This is my personal experience with SIRA staff and officers its really very helpful with good behavior doing hard work. I visited many time for discussion some issues they gide properly and give the proper solution with out wasting the time
SIRA environment is very good if people are sitting waiting for his turn sinners officers came and asking nicely what is the problem with any delaying try to solve his issues

The worst service! Not even have the patience for hearing the problem!
Submitted some Cards for approval in there portal & approved it as well, and I made the payment for the cards after there approvals, after reaching out there for the collection of the cards they say that they can't take the print of a card cuz there is some wrong information entered, and have to make payment for the reissue for the same card.Then how come you people give the approval and make us to pay the money? Moreover I was not able to find a mistake in those!

worse experience. rude attitude from technical staff and if we ask something they are getting angry. We are paying them and they are providing inefficient and unprofessional service.

Very poor service. Technical team doesn't even answer the phone calls and if we asks anything they are getting angry and not giving proper support.

The strange and annoying behaviour from receptionist to force heaving the paper inside my car because of full digitised service! I saw many people inside carring files and papers with them. Second point, the online registration service is only for new company and existing companies are in trouble to get proper information and adding the necessary documents into portal. You must go there Many times and each step waste your time with counter
