As an agent myself, I have a certain standard to which I expect industry colleagues to operate when it comes to client care. Tom Hayes at Select Group goes above and beyond anything I could ask for. He is presentable, professional, transparent and available 27/4 whenever I need him (sorry Tom!!). I try to direct all my clients to Select Group properties and it is primarily due to the standard of their developments but it is just as much because of the standard of client care we receive. We have worked with several buyers together - it is always a smooth and transparent process and Tom's admin support team are equally as polite and helpful! Select Group are by far my favourite developer

I had an amazing experience with select group related to buying property. Their product is unique and their projects located in most attractive spots in Dubai. I had the chance to deal with MR Johnny who is very excellent in his work, knowledgeable and has good skills, he was very supportive all the way.

The worst building service I have ever dealt with. Purchased a property in the Torch which caught fire 3 times. The care center do not care about the situation and simply only want money. The material used was below standard which spread so easy 3 times! The attitude is typical of Northern England Manchester rude and demanding. My rent went so low and was forced to pay service charges even when dubai police deemed my apartment uninhabitable and. My tenants broke the contract and moved elsewhere. The insurance company that select group appointed refused to pay us unless we take them to court which would cost us approx 80k which we did not have so we lost out on the loss of income insurance and select group did nothing. Our apartment had problems since the first month mainly with leaking pipes and until selling the apartment the leak coming from the above apartments was never solved. The building is a very cheap quality and badly built building again nothing short of what you would expect from a Manchester company. The CEO Rahail Aslam is only self obcessed like all Manchester citizens when they get a bit of money and loves being in magazines and showing off his portfolio of poorly built buildings and when it comes to customer service or promises or even insurance the building basically has none!!! We even had to pay towards recladding of the Torch before I sold my unit or I would not be able to sell it!!!! This is the truth behind select group. If you buy from them you will NOT have any insurance on the building or rental loss you will need to take whoever they chose to court to get a penny back! No matter if the building burns to the ground and no one lives there you Must carry on paying service charges and expect leaks and faults on a monthly basis with your unit, this is the TRUTH!
