It used to be my top spa but sadly it has lost its attention to detail and the amenities, facilities and customer services need to be improved alot. While the therapists and their skills are great and the only reason I can maybe recommend the spa..it needs to do better when compared with the massive better options available in dubai. Disappointed.

I loved the massage and enjoyed the time i spent there. It's a nice place to relax and disconnect for a while.

Don’t waste your money. Massage is great but the receptionists are extremely unorganized and unprofessional. They mess up all the bookings and make you wait really long before taking you in. End up more stressed then relaxed.

This spa place is just too good!.
The masseuses know their job well, extremely polite and supportive.
Would definitely recommend this place

I had the Bali-nease massage and it was just perfect. The staff were pleasant, the masseuse was professional and skilled and the ambience and decor created a relaxing atmosphere. The ginger tea and warm neck pillow post-massage were a lovely touch. I’d absolutely recommend.

My friend told me about the spa as I was looking for one to get a voucher gift for my anniversary, I went there and I met Jessica very nice, helpful and sweet lady who explained to me in details all packages and tools I told her that my husband has pain in his back and shoulder and she recommended the Knead’it 90 minutes package and booked a couple massage for us. The place is so nice and clean, everything is sanitized so it was so safe. My husband was treated by Cadic and I was with Anna whom were super nice and professional, she new were are the stress points and she did a magical massage that All my body pain and the stress went away. Highly recommended Spa definitely i will go again :)

Well, 2 hours to answer a single WhatsApp politely asking for availabilities. It’s the second time today. Unused to get this from sensasia, i was going to another branch and it was brilliant, fast and good communication. I guess I won’t come try to book again at this place.
