I'm soooo disappointed with Sephora's customer services in general and from the . MALL of EMIRATES Store Manager. " As he mentioned, his name was" Ibrahim.
On Sunday, 4 June 2023, around 6:30 pm
I was waiting for a while in the queue to pay, and many people were waiting in the queue behind me.
I kept waiting for the customer to pay in front of me for quite a while. Once they were done, when it was my turn, I found out that the cashier had disappeared. We waited for a while, but no one showed up.
I had to move again to the next line to start over waiting, which was not acceptable.
I had to call for the store manager.
I had to ask different people to know who the store manager was, eventually he showed at the casher desk, when I asked if he was the store manager he answered with a rude reply that he was.
When I told him the case and the disappearance of the casher were not acceptable, he replied, "I dont know maybe the casher is dead by now."
When I commented that the place should be organised, he replied in a cold way that he would look into that with a lack of customer service skills.
When I told him that I'm going to raise this through social media, he smiled in a sarcastic way, saying, "What is social media?"
