Very welcoming, patient while my daughter picked her frame it took around an hour. Very helpful explains the different types of lenses they offer. The glasses were done very quickly and mostly the prices are very affordable. Definitely getting all our glasses from Serah.

Special thanks to keerthana she is rly good person who covered all our needs from a to z from choosing the frame until we receive the eyeglass…highly recommended, ask about her when u reach there.

Serah have nice mix eyeglasses with branded and non branded with different & reasonable prices, sizes and the quality is so good. the customer is their priority and they want to make sure the customer get the full satisfaction even after done the purchase (outstanding after-sales service) and always follow up with you if u have any issue or something later, the team there very cooperative with good behave. definitely recommend SERAH

they r the best of the best opticals in all uae, i like their service and my new high quality eyeglass, not only that, they have outstanding service after selling and charming follow up, very cooperative and friendly team,… their quality is good with a competitive price in the market. look no further, this is best in uae and barsha specifically after more research. highly recommended, love my new eyeglass

I was passing and called in to see if I could get help adjusting my sunglasses. Ms Veronica was so welcoming and very helpful. She was able to fix my glasses and assured us it was no problem at all. We had a look at the frames while we waited. A great selection and we would go back to Ms. Veronica and get her help when we need new glasses. Thank you !

Besides everyone complementing my new glasses, I'm really excited to have the best medical glasses for the first time. I walked in serah optical with no idea of which glass I needed but I was so moved when a team of 2 took enough time to choose the best for me.
