Like everyone says, there are repeated issues with this building, water cutt off, need for AC repair every week. On the other side, new building construction has started, noise pollution starts early morning 6:30. This building is old enough to cause you all troubles. Not happy at all.

Water pump every week not working for 2-3 days
If will call them they dont care ,, just promises
Swimming pool not working for long time
Gym only 6 equipments . 2 of them not working

اسوء خدمة واسوء بنايه منسكن فيها بضل فيها مشاكل وبتحكيهم مابردو والمي بضل تنقطع والمكيف بضل يخرب وبالشتا بطوف البيت الامدادات الصحيه مو تمام
والله اسوء بنايه وخدمه

The water is always cut off, the air conditioner breaks down, and the sanitary supplies are not good in winter. If you call them, they don't answer, and every time they say we fixed the problem, and the same problem returns. Imagine living in Dubai in an apartment that pays the rent without water.????????
