I’m not sure if they even deserve a 1 star. They have visited my house for inspection after several calls. They come 2 hours late and the guy who came was in such a hurry and kept telling us that he needed to go pray. How is it my fault that they come in 2 hours late?! After the inspection, I had to follow up for the quotes. They sent me one of the quotes after several calls and emails and now till this day I’m following for the other quote. When ever I call them they give me the same excuses that they are waiting for their supplier to answer. I do not recommend these guys if you want your work to be done urgently. It’s so difficult to get through to them even though they have different channels to contact them.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME !
Absolutely the worst service provider that i have ever seen..no respect for the customer’s time. No coordination at all.
They collect the payment so quick but once it’s done you can’t reach them at all always theres is a delay if you lucky 10 days delay if not +1 month.
They deserve 0 star. Please look for someone else and don’t waste your time /energy / money..

Our master bathroom boiler unexpectedly burst and they responded promptly by shutting off the water supply to prevent major damage. We were surprised that they refused to honor the warranty and replace the damaged boiler. Despite speaking with their customer service countless times and even after escalating it to their management, we were informed that in order to claim the warranty, a yearly maintenance check was required, which we were unaware of and were never told, anyone thinking of replacing their boilers, please ensure you get your warranty cards and get your boilers checked at least once a year to not end up getting a surprise. Although they have a good overall service and maintain our community well, some of their policies are difficult to understand. Our experience has been a good one and we always prefer them since they have a presence in the community, and you can always count on them to help with the emergencies.

DO NOT PAY SERVEU ANY MONEY UPFRONT!
Everything the people reported about SERVEU is true! They really cannot be trusted!!

I paid them AED 315 on 15th July, 2023 and till today they have not bothered to fix the problem. In fact they visited once and said they had underquoted and i should pay them another approx AED 650 more. While i do not have a problem in paying more if thats what the job requires, they failed to provide me any date and time from their end. I have repeatedly asked them for my money back but was informed today that it would take them 30 DAYS!!! to return the funds!

Can a company be more ill-managed than SERVEU? When I asked to speak to a supervisor - he was unavailable - asked to spake to a Manager- he was unavailable. Asked to Speak to the Dept Head - Unavailable!

I believe any management that is so unavailable needs to be fired!

So now, I have had no recourse but to post this message so that NO ONE PAYS SERVEU ANY money upfront as they will make you regret it!

They deserve a zero star. Extremely expensive, poor service with no decision makers. Their employees keep r blaming management for not approving and when we ask to speak to management they refuse to do so. They provide 30 days warranty only on spare parts which is against the normal standards across all the industries. They do not commit to the deadlines given. Anyone with a good service can put these guys out of business in a day.

As a follow up on the review above. After they charged me the full amount, The new motor broke after three weeks. I called them on same day and they showed up after 12 hours. They said that the motor is broken. Next day and after three follow ups calls they said that they cannot cover the new motor under warranty even if the problem occurs within thirty days before they take the motor for quality inspection. They promised to send their technicians in the same evening however only one showed up saying that he has to go because he cannot do the job by himself. Next morning two technicians came and took the motor out. They didn’t provide me with a temporary one to switch on the ac during the investigation( you know 45 degrees in dubai is manageable). After they left the ceiling started leaking water all over the place. I called their service center at 11:00am. They apologised and committed to send someone urgently. Urgency definition in serve u books is 4 hours…. Also to add; it is impossible to talk to any manager in this company. They are totally unreachable…..To be continued

Called them for inspection that the AC is not cooling. They said needs cleaning, paid for cleaning and it still didn’t cool properly, then called them again, they came and said the thermostat should be changed, then they said one item needs changing and hence why it’s not cooling. They keep quoting and asking for money without any resolution.

Do yourself a favour and call someone else.
Poor customer service but happy to take your money quickly. I work so have to arrange time off during the week which ServeU do not respect. It took 2 days and 2 attempts for the initial call out. I then paid again and made an appointment 10 days ahead for the work to be done. My husband took the day off and no one arrived. When i called many hours later I was told they had to attend an emergency. No one was planning to inform us which was unacceptable. Rescheduled for today at 9am, same thing. Husband off work, no one turns up. I call Customer Service to be told they can't reach the team and maybe they are stuck in traffic. They only need to drive from Motor City to Arabian Ranches which is 1.5km!!!!!!!!!!
Do not waste your money with this company. The organisation and customer service are shocking.

The only reason I gave 2 starts instead of 1 was because the guy who attended the call out was very thorough.

If I could, I’d leave zero stars. I purchased a service contract with them and this was my biggest mistake. There is no coordination among the teams. They will commit to a date on emails and then no one will show up. When you call the call center, they will give you a different date. Their prices are high and I’d recommend you deal with someone else.
