Lesson learnt: you can only change the application from normal to VIP until the medical if it's a visa renewal. If it's new visa application, you can change from normal to VIP after medical too. For those who expect to travel within a month near the visa renewal period, I recommend to use the VIP option instead of normal.

The worst experience I ever had. The Sales Team, it's a nightmare, very low level of professionalism or I can say no professionalism. You, as the customer doing everything. They don't even bother picking up the phone or replying to the email. The Sales Manager is constantly on leave and assigns useless people to assist while he is out of the office, whose attitude is higher than their professional skills. I hope someone from the JAFZA authority will read this.

JAFZA Leasing Dept. is the worst dept to deal with in a customer oriented city like Dubai.

Horribly staff with no respect for clients.

Poor service from call centre if enquired for any help. Lot of attitude feels like customer is beggers for them. All transactions and procedures are very slow and no follow ups if any service is requested.
One of the worst freezones to do business in UAE

Exceptionally suburb call center services. Very easy and simple to approach them, not like other freezone that you keep pressing options & no one comes to help. Have been doing n number of visas and many services via their portal and the call center are so professional & helpful always whenever and wherever we are stuck. Kindly keep the JAFZA call center services the same and direct interaction with call center agents as you have now. Many thanks again.
