A bunch of scammers. The agent promised to do needed fixes and then refused to do them after he got the money. After that I discovered that the apartment's chiller service was cut out because of a previous unpaid balance that they also refused to pay or even give me the owner's contact to discuss the matter with!

I rented a property via Shades. I found them online. I called them. The agent didnt even show me around the apartment, i had to get the key from the security. I agreed to the price and signed the contract. I basically did all the work. I even had to go to their office to sign the contract. Unfortunately i have had some issues with the apartment but the agent refuses to respond to my messages or give me the contact of the Landlord. My aircon doesnt work and there is a huge crack in the wall getting larger everyday. Useless agency. They take your money and then abandon you.

Absolutely useless. Zahid wasted my time and changed the price of the property we rented. Then when we had an issue he would ignore our calls. Shades property should be renamed to shady properties
