Very nice lounge area
Staff very friendly

But the server has no idea about the pastries

We asked the difference between two chocolate pastries and the server kept repeating
This one is chocolate and this one is dark chocolate
What's inside? What's the base?
Other than being chocolate, which was obvious from looking at them and the names on the display card, how are they different?
Gnache, cake, tart, mousse, choux?

Finally asked that he check.
Manager came and barely able to add more.

Expect much more from a four seasons.

The Shai Salon is a beautiful coffee shop with a fancy name at the Four Seasons Hotel in Jumeirah.
It has a vast selection of teas and coffees to choose from and a very pretty lounge with a outdoor terrace.
We ordered a cappuccino, ginger infused tea and a cake in the shape of a honey bee which was very cute and tasty.
It is definitely overpriced and the portions are very small however the service was excellent and the hostesses were very friendly.
It's definitely worth a visit once in a while.

The dates pudding was so delicious i cant resist the yummiest the taste, the location is good the vibes was good i enjoyed every minute with my friend we also had the jasmine tea it was so good and relaxing the staff was good i suggest any one love the dates pudding must try one of the best in dubai ????

Shai Salon is located in the beautiful property of Four Seasons Resort Jumeirah.

The place has a very elegant vibe & is set in a delightful ambiance to enjoy a relaxed time out with friends & family.
.
We tried the place for their Afternoon Tea & were warmly welcomed & escorted to our tables by their staff members.
.
The high tea is a delightful affair & has a mix of Scones, finger sandwiches, & pastries prepared by their Senior Executive Pastry Chef Mr. Nicholas Lambert who has also the title of the Pastry Chef of the year 2022 & Asia's Best Pastry Chef 2018 accomplishments to his credits.

Everything was very nice specifically the scones were a treat to enjoy along our Coffess.

The high tea is priced AED 220 per person & AED 400 for 2 but you also have an option just to enjoy the Pastries from the display depending on your liking which are 80AED each. Offcourse pricing is on the higher side.
.
They also have their harpist & violinist over the weekdays so if you would like to enjoy that little add on to your experience, visit them over the weekday.

Oh this was such a disappoint. Had a friend visiting from London and she wanted to go for tea. From all the places that were recommended, we chose the four seasons expecting high quality and the best service, except we got the opposite.
1) Terrible service. Everything was very slow. By the time we got the tea, then the food, things were cold, and consistently having to remind them what we ordered. At one point, when they brought the food, they looked at us as if they needed help to serve it.
2) A colony of INSECTS in my food/salad. See picture. Worst thing I’ve seen anywhere! Even the hostess was in shock.
3) Pricing. You’re not getting much for the charge. I mean we didn’t pay anything in the end because we walked out and went to The Mandarin instead, and it was the best. Even had a welcoming singing bowl played for us!

Food is good. Arabic coffee tastes very bad. Also not a clean place for a (four season hotel) did not expect that!!!. Even after informing the staff they don't seem to bother or even cleaned the place. Not worth the price. Not going back for sure.

Brilliant service from one of the best teams we have ever met, delicious set menu and dish presentaion from culinary team and great festive ambience on NYE! Guys, incredible job! A big 'thank you' to one and only Claire who provided us an exceptional service and engagement. We are grateful indeed to the reservations supervisor Claire who accommodated all our requests while making a booking and made it as smooth as it can be. Bravo Four Seasons Jumeirah! The most welcome ambience in Dubai so far.

It’s a place where you just sit and enjoy your coffee or dinner considered semi luxury lounge as it’s the lobby of the hotel .. yah but it’s a comfy atmosphere for me .. it’s so packed up during weekends preferably during the week .. minimum spend AED.160 per person
