This store should have been closed long time ago, ordered food and after 3 hours the app says it is always delayed , the driver waited 40 minutes in the store to pick up the delivery and finally we canceled the order because there was no more apetite, shake shack team you should think about changing the manager

I can’t believe i paid all that money for such mid food. The burger was so mid the fries were hard and dry and cold. It’s too expensive for food so mid.

Rating it because the taste was good. But it’s not a dine in cafe. We went from a long distance to reach to this place for the food. Only got to heard at the spot that’s it’s just for online delivery and one can’t take out from this place. That was really disappointing and should be mentioned by the authorities for public that it’s not a dine in outlet.
We had to order it through Careem app and waited for rider for an hour to come and give us order outside this shakeshack outlet.

Generally speaking shake shack is good, they have a medium/ small size burgers that's soft and fluffy but they only good for the beef burger (avoid the chicken) and they're fanouse for their ice-cream which is good if you eat dairy.

This time I ordered it for home delivary and its not nice to have it delivered its not the same enjoyment as eating it fresh in the place itself.

I would recommend it ONLY if you're eating it at the restaurant itself.

Middle of eating the beef burger but your beef smells and I don’t know how to finish it and it already mid night so can’t Order anything else..

ordered a double shackburger and it came without the lettuce, tomato and the sauce!!!!
I mean come on can you at least send me the burger with sauce.

Very bad experience, they offer the option Buy one get one but this is a scam, I paid 50 they delivered only one

This is not a dine in and takeout place. Hope they can change the description so people won't come to the branch and expect dine-in and take-out.

A lovely way to travel. Scenic views and the staff, who are all volunteers couldn't be more accommodating. We took the 1130 to Welshpool then returned on the 320 in the first class carriage. I highly recommended!

We have been on this train before and loved it, so when we were back in the area we didn't think twice about visiting again. It didn't disappoint!
The journey was as good as we remembered, beautiful scenery and a great time (45 mins each way). The only change from last time was the addition of a childrens activity book, at no extra cost, and our children loved it. It kept them entertained waiting for the journey to start and also whilst we waited at welshpool to get back. It also gave them things to look for on the journey. Noticed the book is also in Welsh!
The children spent most of the outward journey at the front of the carriage, a really great experience for them!
At the station the staff were lovely, and the ladies in the canteen were really lovely and helpful too!
Recommend you book tickets in advance, and also if you're fussed about being on a steam train, to perhaps call and check it's running as it was poorly for a couple of days when we visited and they used a diesel (still a heritage locomotive but if steams important to you, double check ahead!)

Lovely little trip on this steam train on sunday, Lovely scenery en route .
The food also in the cafe at the end of the station was really nice too. Can reccomend the homemade soup which was on tht day spicy Parsnip was very tasty indeed .

Nice little steam railway pleasent views, it was a bit wet the day we went and it's a tad expensive at £46 for two of us, but it's not the most expensive in the area, the trip lasts about 45 mins to an hour

Excellent light railway. A wonderful day out for all ages. Really friendly and helpful volunteers who will help you have a great day. The trains are superb with areas out of the carriages with amazing viewing of the superb countryside. Lovely food available in the cafe at amazing prices, and today a great option to make models with Lego and look at an amazing array of model cars.

Wonderful narrow railway ???? not expensive, great friendly helpful staff. Nice little cafe & gift shop on site . Visited today for the mince pie special 30/12/22 very pleasant hour trip with a mulled drink & mince pie £13 adult. Beautiful scenery following the river banwy, recommended day out for families & couples, look out for the steam gala in September.

This is a great little railway. The first preserved railway in the world. The staff and vilunteers are brilliant.

Lovely afternoon with family on the delightful WLLR trundling along the 8 miles of the River Banwy valley.
Afternoon tea indeed with tasty cucumber sandwiches and delicious cakes alongside tasty tea or coffee.
Staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the trains and the railway in general
Our Mum loved it
