I don't even wanted to give one start but this is the last option that why am giving ,this is the terrible service I met in my life time.

They are ther worse customer service ever even the manager is so eroggan I pay so much money to pay money and they didn't even want to send in our home even just two
minutes away from the shop in. Cos they are so much errogant so errispinsible shop why I spent so much I even when I can't shop delevery small item in other shop .I recommend .no one to shop in this stupid shop they wanted to charge so much but they mentioned they can deliver and when it come to reality no one wants to come including his manager so so errogant and help less it's west of money what ever they have other shop they have its waste of money to shop in shuklan

I never ever recommend in this Shop please dint waste your time here
In international city phase 2 it's useless I don't want u to regret later on your money u can get whatever

I buy so much and I can't even carrry so I ask them to deliver in my home just two minutes they don't want to from their place

home but.blthey are just so arrogant that they don't want to shopy

Very pathic service on cash counter.
I purchase some AED 10 to 15 and given the currency note of 200
Counter person said I don't have change as go out and take change without even listening to me he start tagging the stuff of another person.

I mean seriously?
After going here and there talking with store supervisor even arguing him too they give change from same counter and I can saw they was having the change almost more than 3k 4k in rough cash.

Once he given me change after counting 3 times as given me short cash as I was also counting in his hands too .
This was hilarious.

Most of staff also same behavior.
I'm living in phase 2 and will not at least recommend this market as price of vegetables are lit but even high than grocery shops

Sometimes offers. Sometimes no offers. Fruits and vegetables conditions are very bad. Cannot cook or eat. Staffs behavior also very bad. When delivering grocery items to home, delivery staff looking ladies with bad intention. If this happen again we will surely complaint to police. This warning for other staffs who are doing the same.

Shaklan Hypermarket is situated in Al warsan 3,we will get fresh vegitables and fruits at reasonable price.They will put promotion weekly 3 days such as Friday,Satuarday & Sunday.

Most of the items are available but it's not a budget friendly hypermarket. They can control the price of fresh veggies.
