The proprietors, Jason and Jackie (J&J), were the epitome of customer service. While typing at a slow and steady pace, Jason was able to offer great advice for shipping internationally. He provided helpful price comparisons, packing assistance, detailed knowledge of shipping limitations and requirements, as well as great convo and a friendly but professional manner. He went out of his way to welcome our business and engage with us as customers (thanks for supplying orange squash for our run, Jason! And Jackie the birds at Barry Isl swarmed us for the bread, thank u for the advice). Thank you MBE (J&J) Cardiff CF24 4AB for exceeding our expectations in a shipping company!

My only mistake is that I did not ask of you to send my package with royal mail as the fedex partner with the customs office, charges twice as much as customs and duties cost! I will know better next time.
