I would have given ratings in negative if there is an option. I had a horrendous experience in dealing with these people for visa extension for my 70+ yr old mother in law. I had to go to a different agent at last minute coz they booked flight with 12 hr waiting period even though I was told it wud be 2 hrs max and been following up for over a week. Their sweet talk ends as soon as you paid money. Hakkim ( The owner ) was reluctant to give even full money, and used harsh words when asked for refund, to the extent that he said he didn’t like to add my name under beneficiary name for bank transfer. Stay away from them at all costs!
