They bought me an items that I did not purchase without letting me know.
And didn’t gave me a receipt because they said “we will send it by email sir!”
And I found an extra items on the receipt when I back home.
They are acting against the UAE rules.
Even when back to the shop, the employee rejected to make the refund.
After a long fight with the them I got my money back.
I will never buy anything from them again.

I did not receive any details of the delivery (no email, no sms, no follow-up call).
I had to skip work on Tuesday to wait for the delivery but havent received any call throughout the day.
After trying to reach out the store to inquire about the reason for the delay for 4 hours (waiting on the hold line and fake promises that they will call me within the 2 hours and waited for 3 hours with no reply). Three times they made me wait for a follow up call for several hours just to tell me that the delivery will not take place today but tomorrow instead.
No followup on deliveries in case of delay.
Bad customer service and even though the call center contacts the store to tell them to reach out to the customer they take FOREVER TO REPLY and then speak with attitude to you over the phone.
HONESTLY WORSE EXPERIENCE.
They should have the item in store and ready to be handed over at the time of purchase just like other shops.
They lost me a full day waiting on the phone for nothing
