Al Sharaf exchange in Mercato, very rude staff, incompetent makes a mistake and does not accept it. When I told the staff I will write a review she was go ahead. Guess senior management does not care how they are represented. Very sad new trend is to hire rude employees who bring your image down

The worst exchange ever. Sharf udeen sharaf, you have to be a shamed of yourself for discriminating people with your unjust system. And that too specially in the U.A.E. You have no right. You are an underrated exchange shop ever.
Am wondering why the higher authorities haven’t said anything about this.

I am sending from sharaf ex from mercato mall branch, good and effective services from staffs. From one year I am sending from here. Appreciate them, compare to Al rostomani, wall street, delma, Ansari, sharaf is better. Hope always remain same.

Not recommended at all .
This is the second time i visit this place and same things (sorry our system is down ) when I told her this is second time you are telling me this she said so ????????????
So whats the purpose of opening close is better.
Plus the staff of the counter are very rude ????
They are far away from good customer service .
And there is no manager or someone in charge to look after the customer satisfactions .
They just all keep looking at you like you are a crazy person or you don't have the right to ask ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Customer service & transactions are excellent at Sharaf exchange . Most of my transactions and currency exchanges are done through Sharaf by Rajiv Ramachandran, Who provides one of the best customer service.

Really happy with the service from the staffs, one of them I didn’t remember the name (Tall guy) he is very good and has good customer service. Really happy.
