This is the first time I have entered this branch. It is excellent in terms of the speed of completing the fund's transactions. It only took five minutes to complete my transaction. And thanks to the branch manager and staff. They deserve 10 stars.

Great Service best customer experience very professional employees who go beyond to serve customer needs and they simplify process. The best employee you can find is Seima I highly recommender her she supports and follow up, nothing is ever late when she handles the request. I go to a farther branch just to get the great service that she provides

Thank you so much for excellent customer service at mall of emirates Br. During my visit to the branch to in cash CHQ, it’s takes few minutes and the staff was helpful to provide information and quick while processing the transaction.

The worst.
There were 3 people ahead of me at the teller and I waited almost 1 hour. There s only one teller and she s SO slow. And the manager keeps walking behind her not helping to serve the forever waiting customers.
Unbelievable.

The teller who serve me from this branch is totally unprofessional. I felt discriminate and the way that he answered me is like not a valuable customer. 1st he said how come you don’t have Emirates id ( i lost my wallet together with it) 2nd give me your passport. 3rd go to that lady she will give you the password go there. 4th i said thank but he didn’t bother to look at me and replied back. Very bad service

they make me wait 2 months with no updates on the account. However, when i called they said they tried to call you and inform you but they haven't reached you and that was wrong . I told the guy who called I need a call and explanation . since 4 days he didn't call because they cant get to that level of responsibility. Don't waste your time. poor
