I have been a resident of this building for 13 years, and I was extremely disappointed with the recent behavior of this restaurant located in Bahar 5.

They did not maintain proper hygiene and ended up leaving a huge mess in the building's entrance and parking. I found this behavior to be completely unacceptable and disrespectful to the residents of this building.

I strongly urge the restaurant to take responsibility for their actions and ensure that they maintain proper hygiene standards in the future.

I would also like to see them make an effort to clean up the mess they created in our building's entrance.

As a long-time resident of this building, I believe it is important for local businesses to show respect to their surroundings and the people who live in the area

I've ordered a few items from shazoma through careem app, the manakesh didn't come as the picture, it was very bad presented. I've order also fries as side and they come spicy even when I order them original.

Until today I didn't receive the refund for those items. Careem isn't helpfull either.I want shazoma to be responsible and give the refund back.

TASTE SPOILER !!! PATHETIC EXPERIENCE !!!
RUDE / BAD ATTITUDE towards the customer.... Ordered 2 shawarma with extra chicken ... 54aed with tax inclusive... That's pricey.... so u expect good returns and good taste... The staff / self proclaimed owner was rude and had a bad attitude... as if displaying behaviour of doing a favor on customer with a reaction of if wanna buy then buy or move on !!! That's unacceptable... inspite of pating 4 aed extra for some extra chickn .... the shawarma tasted bland... not worth paying so much... tasteless... pickels used in it was stale and I believe they were from the dinosour age... Shwarma taste more of sour and tangy and gooey... BAD!!!!!!!
Arrogant customer service.... NEVER RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE....WASTE OF MONEY......

On Saturday 11th June at 4:45pm evening I order 2fresh juice and 1.chicken Shawrma. And I request order taker lady from Africa to please serve 1st juice then Shawrma she reply very rudely I will go and make it have seat. Then continue she was cracking jokes with her colleague and she served fresh juice after 25mint and I ask after 15mint where is chicken shawarma this African lady was smile and said I just took fresh juice order I didn’t say anything I just left from there .staff service was poor please look her how she behave with customers.. if she forget it’s fine but her attitude was so rude and arrogant she need to learn how to deal with customers

I ordered Mexican shawarma and told server to make it extra spicy but it wasn't even spicy so I asked for siracha sauce but the sauce was sweet like 3 out of 10

Good sunshine and easily accessible. Fine outdoor siting and food.

Order processing is little bit slow.. too many order I guess..

I rarely leave reviews. This was sooo soo bad that I had to warn others.
Absolutely disgusting! How on earth are they still in business, and especially on "The Walk"?!

I ordered through talabat and it took more than 1 hr to prepare the order .. literally I waited for 90 mins to get my order ..
