Wow, excellent service from start to finish. Staff are really helpful and very friendly, they really couldn’t do enough for us. Would highly recommend to everyone and will definitely be using them again.

We were so impressed by the friendly but entirely professional service we experienced at Highbridge. No wonder so many caravans on our site have their hitch covers! From Nathan in sales, to Martin in handover everyone knew their role perfectly and made us feel welcome and valued. We just love our second hand caravan and the experience of buying it through Highbridge . And the delivery man was a true gentleman as well!

Brilliant staff. Made us feel like special customers. Even when things went a bit wrong, they couldn't have done more to help. Nothing was too much trouble. Would certainly recommend

Visited today with a limited budget and needed a small caravan. Was treated very well by the 2 staff members I spoke to. Excellent service and felt valued. Highly recommend.

we have spent many 1000’s of pounds with this local company, over £700 this year alone on accessories. We went there today to buy a waste pipe kit priced at £35.99 when we got to the till we were told it was £37.99 I queried this . The woman behind the counter retrieved the price docket which said £35.99 and said as a favour she would sell it to us at £35.99 but she wasnt obliged to by law and said we could look it up . I knew that but we were made to feel awful as she kept saying we were lucky to get it for this price . So after 15 years of visiting for £2 we will not go there ever again .

WoW what an experience from when we ordered our new caravan to finally picking it up and driving away. James was brilliant with the order patient and not at all pushy he gave us some great advice about layout which really made us think. Then today we arrived to collect where Steve did an exceptional job of showing us how everything worked and checking we were happy, best handover we have ever experienced, thank you. Then it was onto payment and paperwork and Emma could not have been more helpful helping with tracker registration and what an excellent job on the number plate (especially the smile, she will know what we mean.). Finally we must not forget Sharon who helped with our px. If we could have given more than 5 we would have thank you all at Highbridge Caravans for the great experience we look forward to dealing with you in the future. Marc & Sue

When you drive 150 miles to drop your Campervan off in peak traffic for a habitation inspection and ask if it is possible to do it the same day to save us the 150 mile drive home to be told it may take longer than the 5 days as they are very busy ,then get a phone call as you pull into your drive exhausted after a 300 mile round trip by someone with a chirpy voice saying "All done" on the same day is more than a bit off.
In house communication seems to be severely lacking!

Having just bought a caravan from here I want to let people know what a great experience we had. Mike Ford, sold us a 2011 Trigano 310 , explained anything we wanted to know and then left us to look at it at our leisure. The negotiations then took place and a deal was done, no pressure and it was a pleasure doing business. Mike is a friendly, professional salesperson and easy to deal with.
On the day we were due to collect it, we were greeted by Martin, also friendly, efficient and professional, shown how everything worked, he then helped us to hook up and off we went.
The caravan was presented extremely well, very clean inside and out. It had a full service , lots of checks and 12 month warrantee.
Overall we are very happy with the van and the service we received from Highbridge Caravans.
