Worst delivery service. One of the driver Mohammad is supposed to pick up our DU router for cancellation, he said he will come after 30minutes and after one hour, I called again and he said his duty is finished and someone will come after Iftar. I waited until 12am and no one came. In the morning, I called again and he said his in Al Quoz and again he said he will come after 5pm. But we knew that he wont come and collect the router, we ask him where is his location to deliver the router, and we did, we found out his sleeping in the car and he doesnt want to work. Even he received the router last 01-04-23 and until now (03-04-23) he did not submit it to Du for cancellation and now my bill is still running as of today 03-04-23. Who will pay for the cancellation cost now? Shipa Answer….. you have the worst service ever

Pathetic Service, Really bad Hoped Du try to use someone else as a delivery partner. Was supposed to deliver it on 10th of march i rescheduled it for 11th and told them specifically to please be there on 11th. To which the driver and the customer care agent said okay. Now when i called them again they are saying it's supposed to be delivered on Monday and the package is still in the warehouse. Even though I informed then thay i will not be here in Monday since I'm flying back to Really pathetic just close your business and go home. Absolutely pathetic Service.

The worst company
Delivery driver refused to come to my delivery address and when he is in a different city he add to his system he reached my location and am not there , while he is in a different city

After 8 days and until now they didn't deliver and when i called the 3 days ago they said it will be delivered on 1st apr and i called today to check on the delivery they said no it will be delivered on 3rd apr , i have recorded each interaction with them .
At the end i had to tell them cancel my deliver and return my router back to du and asked du to send me the router with any respectful and professional company which is shipa isn't .

If you are a sender Don't use this company and if you are a reciver of the package ask for a different company to deliver it for you

The worst service, my package was suppose to deliver yesterday(Saturday) before 5.00PM,it was informed them that the address given is my office location and need to be delivered before 5.00PM(Working time up to 5.00PM only).
The driver was called me after 5.15pm and he told me that he is on the way, so he informed and confirmed me the package will be delivered on Sunday before 5.00PM.
Today (Sunday) after 11.00am i checked in the same number, the delivery guy told me it will be delivered today by another agent.
I contacted in customer care after 12.00noon, they informed that "they don't deliver on Sunday's".
How you can explain this, its sooo pathetic......
I postponed my plans on Sunday to Monday and waited to collect the delivery because as per the delivery terms i need to be physically available with my valid Emirates ID to collect my package.
i don't recommend this delivery service.

1) My Debit card is not yet delivered Even after 3 months . And they have no idea whether it is available with them or returned back to bank.

2) Du Router order was created and i have got a message on 12.04.2023
They have closed the request without Even delivering The courier twice and rescheduled the delivery without knowledge. Poorest Customer Support.

Very unprofessional, they have noted that I have changed my location when they did not even attempted to deliver the parcel. They have rescheduled my shipment twice for which reason I dont know! They said that they could not find the location when I am literally at Sheikh Zayed Road! Very annoying, theyll call you so itll look like that the issue has been solved. VERY Annoying

One of the worst delivery company in Dubai. Every day I am calling to deliver the card and the delivery guy coming on his time when I am not available. They are not informing before come. The delivery may was manner less , instead of understanding the issue he just hung up the call. I don’t understand how they can say delivery may come 11-7. So you want people leave every thing and sit at home just for the delivery. Every one has some work.worst worst worst experience.

Worst delivery service in Uae and their customer service is even worse … it’s second time I’m having this experience with shipa delivery, 1st was with adidas and now it’s with du .. please #du and #adidas kindly change your delivery partner…
