It’s like The Lakes or The Springs in Mirdif side not Jumeirah Lakes Towers side. Very calm and serene place where lots of villas gather. And this community center is located right in the middle of such cozy residential areas. I love the Circle Cafe here the most! You can enjoy the everyday purchase at Choithram too!

Love the place and the location, however they need to control the public area since its getting dirty with too many pigeons everywhere

I love the community, quite and really friendly environment especially if you have a toddler, my daughter made a lot of friends and she is happier than ever, kinda pricy

v crazy management how make crazy rule
and rule only for bike rider that only entery from gate 1 .
some building near gate 3 and some villas. and shopping mall near gate 2 so way they are not allow near gate why they go enter for gate 1

It's not acceptable to us at all as tenant to submit an important and urgent maintenance request to fix the AC with temperature exceeding 45 degree outside for more than two days. And got absolutely no valid response from the call center neither the staff. It's a facility MNGT issue, if the assigned contractor can't deliver their SLAs and solve your customers issues, simply terminate their contracts and assign it to someone else who's eligible to deliver best services to your customers. It's wasting time and money for us and for u as company to just keep receiving these Maintanance requests without proper response in timely manner. I have kids and I have someone who has Asthma problems YOU as a company and property operator will hold responsible if God forbid something bad happens to my family. Bad maintenance service

Booked in advance for a trip from Portishead into Bristol for a meal yesterday. Struggled to get a taxi as some don't work on a Sunday and one didn't bother calling back (Portishead HS taxi) Andy was very reliable and replied to all my message. Would definitely use again. Thanks for putting up with us talking rubbish too ???? highly recommended.
