Worst service, a big scam..!! firstly they say some reasonable service charge price for checking and after checking the service they give you big list of bill and if denied they ask for high service charge. Rude behaviour towards customers..!!

No one should go here. The people here say that everything offered here is original piece. But the original piece is not given. A spark plug was replaced here and the car did not run for a month. Said it was original and paid 200Aed....

I asked him for tyre change only very near by his location he asked AED 200.
That is reasonable.

Called to set up a new contract for my husband's phone. He wanted to keep his number. Was helped by Samuel who was very efficient. He helped us to get the best deal. Excellent service.

The whole O2 company is a massive joke. We've been on the phone to customer service over 3 hours trying to get through to someone that knows what they're doing. Eventually called about 5 different stores, came through to the Leeds white rose one where they told us they could exchange the phone for us even though we explained that it was an online order. Drove 40 min to the store just for them to tell us they don't deal with online orders. Instead they called customer services up for us, and we ended up sitting in store on hold until we gave up and went home. Stay away from O2, it's literally not worth it.

I went into the store today to have a problem sorted that had been ongoing for the whole week. A staff member named Sam was so helpful and patient. He made phone calls to different departments and sorted the problem out. I was truly impressed with the customer service I recieved from him. Very helpful and professional. I left very happy.

Visited again to get clarification of a promotion offered when I upgraded my phone.
The original staff member had given a lot of incorrect information that meant we had to go back to get the correct information or I wouldn't have received the promotion offer.

Absolutely shocking service in this store, the staff member who was dealing with us just couldn’t be bothered, when we asked if there were any offers on the price’s she said, the price is the price and rolled her eyes. We got up & stared to walk out of the store. Another staff member said if you come back next year we might have some offers on but probably not. We walked out straight into the Voda phone store. The service was fantastic & they couldn’t do enough for us. We will never go to 02 again, we’ve have 5 people in our house & we are all leaving.

We were mis-sold 2 handsets from o2 White Rose on 6th December under the pretense that we would get 2 x £300 prepaid Mastercards. It was the main selling point over EE and other providers. We were told we'd be contacted via email and SMS with a claim ID and then sent the digital cards within 90 days. Turns out this offer wasn't valid over the Christmas period, it was just previous to December and just after - so please think carefully before buying anything from them if you are told there are special offers.
Cannot get through to o2 White Rose, and neither o2 nor Black Hawk who issue the cards will take any responsibility for this. Utterly disgusted.

Absolutely appalled at the service by the manager on Tuesday 14th, went it for an upgrade to be told they can't help when I've been an existing customer for over 12 years

Went to the Leeds white rose store as they said on the phone that they could "look at the phone and sort it" in regards to a phone that was ordered online and I told them this on the phone.

When I got there, they said that there was nothing that they could do as it was an online order.
When I said that they told me they would sort it, they said "we said we could look at it for you" as if I wanted them to just stare at the phone and do nothing.

I can't believe o2 is still in business with customer service this poor, as you get better customer service through eBay...
