I recently had the opportunity to visit Timeplus Supermarket, and my overall impression of the store was that it was an average shopping experience. While the store was certainly well-organized and clean, I found that the selection of products available was somewhat limited compared to other supermarkets I have visited in the past.

The store layout was easy to navigate, with clear signage and well-marked aisles. However, I was disappointed by the relatively small selection of products in certain areas, such as the bakery section and the meat department. While the products that were available appeared to be of good quality, I found myself wishing that there were more options to choose from.

The staff at Timeplus Supermarket were friendly and helpful when I had questions or needed assistance finding a particular product. However, it was clear that they were quite busy with other tasks, as I noticed several instances where employees were stocking shelves or conducting inventory checks while also assisting customers. While I appreciated their willingness to help, I couldn't help but feel that the store was understaffed and that customers were not receiving the level of attention they deserved.

Overall, I would say that my experience at Timeplus Supermarket was okay, but it did not stand out compared to other supermarkets I have visited in the past. While the store was clean and well-organized, I felt that the limited product selection and understaffed employees detracted from the overall shopping experience. Nonetheless, I would still recommend Timeplus Supermarket to those looking for a convenient and accessible grocery store.

It is an amazing place to buy goods at a cheaper price unlike big malls in Silicon Oasis their prices are way high. But Shua Al Madina Market is reasonable.

Mashallah very big supermarket and everything is available and the thing I liked the most was the section of fresh vegetables and fruits, Meat, Bread, Pastries and cake and electronics and metro card , Good luck for everyone

Shilpa is very good helpful cashier always smiling and polite. She is always positive no matter how crowded it is .

Everyone is very kind in Al Madina and Smiley.

Aug 4th 2023 - updating the review. New owners. Staff are efficient now. Prompt delivery service. Fruits and veggies are fresh and have a decent bakery section. Better managed now. Our local supermarket now.

If they do not have what you ask them for , they will just send you a substitute of their choice and bill you for it. When you ask them to come and take the product back, they take their own sweet time. Also you face the chance of being yelled at by the order taker when you point out that it was a wrong order. Truly shocking attitude of the staff!
