No doubt Shuaiba is very big paper bag Company, but below are the BIG drawback I personally experienced
1. No commitment to timeline, they might agree to a delivery date but won’t fulfill and will give all the reason for the delay.
2. No one checks the quality of the bags produced is good quality enough to deliver. Randomly it will be delivered after that we have to go back and forth to return and replace the damaged quantity.
3. After they rechecking the delivered quality is not good and agreed to replace approx 5 to 10% of bags. It’s been more then one year or more. They don’t even bother to solve this issue after they got the full invoice payment.

Please be careful before you deal with Shuaiba.
