I would like to share my experience with this spa, I have called and booked for 2 hour massage for 2 people, they confirmed me at 15;00, I came earlier 1 hour and half to use the facilities sauna and steam room, but We wanted to use the facilities a bit extra so we asked if they can postpone the massage from 15:15 ( by 15 minutes later ) they said no, we came inside they didn’t have juices, stuff inside were very good ( who were inside the facilities ) at 15:00 when they said that our time came for massage we went, they told us that we have massage for 60 minutes, we said that we booked for 2 hours which was 1300 something per person. They tried to decide the 2 hours into 2 goes, but it was for us not acceptable as we came for 5* service, we paying extra so we don’t have problems. So they said they can’t help us. We left. I am frequent user of this spa. But I left unhappy.

I expected better. The booking process is not friendly at all. You have to call and your booking will only be confirmed if you pay. They will send you a link to your email then you will have to pay for your service and only then your booking will be confirmed. I have been to many spas in Dubai and non of them would require a payment in advance.

The massage service “ Swedish massage was good” the therapist was very nice and staff were very friendly.

The facilities are good as well.

We wanted to add a facial and were only able to add it if we paid. They are very strict with the payment before your treatment.

The facial wasn’t good at all - I didn’t like it. I could have gotten the same results using my products at home. It was less than one hour which was disappointing since its suppose to be a 60 min facial.

Even though the massage was really good. I’m giving it a 2 star because of the payment methods and process and the facial.

Amazing experience with the full day spa package! It is including a yoga session, full body massage + facial treatment and of course access to the jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, beach and swimming pool + lunch.
The team was so friendly and a big thanks to Catherine ! I feel so relaxed and energized again ❤️
I totally recommend the place and I will come back again ????

Beautiful. The facilities were lovely, we had a couples massage with the salt scrub - I felt so relaxed I ended up falling asleep halfway through! Staff were really nice so not sure I can relate to previous reviews. I would say the separation is a little annoying when there’s no other people in terms of the facilities. Didn’t like the cold stone they used for the massage at one point - other than that was overall quite decent but maybe a bit unnecessarily overpriced.

Wonderful experience in spa. Had a pre treatment at steam room, Shuna, jacuzzi and hot chairs. Neck and shoulder massage was just what I needed to take the stress away. Excellent service. Some Ginger tea to de toxic.

One of the best, i never miss a chance to do my hair with Ram; she’s really professional, results lasts so long and takes good care of the hair, absolutely without any doubt my number 1 destination for hair styling.

Place is beyond clean, they served me ginger tea and that alone is something to come back to ????????????????

ShuiQi spa was good as an experience and the offer for the hotel guests two for one is worth it. It’s very clean, the staff are very helpful and friendly. My personal experience is ok and I hope in the future they really work on the noise level and the relaxing music was somehow not what is expected for a Balinese treatment. Not bad but there is limited better experiences in Dubai (it’s not Thailand or Bally). Overall I have given a 4 star rating and I look forward for more improvements from their end. I enjoyed it. My wife on the other hand had a very bad experience with a therapist called Ayda and a Mr Ahmad came to the rescue and compensated her with a therapist called Rezna. A roller coaster experience honestly.
