I needed some help and support with Sharing documents on my Chromebook. Matt was really helpful and knowledgeable and talked me through what I neede to do. He was very patient and made sure I understood everything before I left. I got home and shared a document following Matt's advice and it worked. Thanks Matt

Came to buy laptop for a business trip, from start specific on the choice as I knew what I want to buy since I work in IT. Been told I need to wait 5 days for it OK I said but mentioned that I need it for a business trip and can't wait to long got assured that it will arrive. Came after 5 days staff saying that it's out of stock need to wait. They phone me after few days saying I need to wait 3 weeks. Came to store to cancel order to get it somewhere else where I dont have to wait, staff starts pressure you to get different laptop, manager gets involved after explaining that sometimes it's shows that something is in stock but then it's not and after saying that said its in stock ???? So I'm think is she for real? Gone Argos super friendly staff no problem buying what I needed not 3 days before my trip but 8 days to prepare the laptop.

Went to the Southport store to look at laptops and usually a free member of staff will ask if you need any help. There was between five and six young members of staff chatting and having a laugh. One member of staff was on his mobile phone. They were only about five meters from me but I don’t think any of them saw me. Think I’ll take my business elsewhere

They have everything we needed, the telly is fantastic, and it fitted perfectly to our wall brackets, well worth a visit even if you go for a look around

Ok store some of the staff can be nice but there one in there called Andrew very rude to me and my mum as my TV wasn't working said he couldn't refund or exchange it was it was out the return period knowing it wasn't I've also paid for care and repair for it lucky I've managed to fix it at the end.

My friend had taken a computer in for repair, when it was picked up nothing on the screen was were it should be have been, even though it was requested, which is very frustrating. It has taken her many hours of work to put it all back were she wanted them, and remove others which had been taken off years ago.
What makes it right, that all sorts of pinned tiles should be put on the computer that weren't on before and in an order that someone else thinks they should be in, when it doesn't suit everyone.
Curry's, you need to listen to your customers!
Other than that, something I wanted was out of stock, again. And no one knew when it was going to be available!
