One of the worst hotels.
Poor room service, tattered sheets, hot water in summers, cockroaches all over the place, they would even crawl out in daytime.

I heard a man asking for water bottles and they said it's not available since you didn't ask in the morning, bro they should be giving that themselves.

When i asked for an extra towel, the man said we can't do that, we are low on towels.

Only the location is good but you will find more in the vicinity. Strong recommendation just spend a little more and go to other hotel, fyi, this one is also not so cheap, AED 140 per night.

The staff is very arrogant and provides no help. You don't even get drinking water from the hotel. You don't even get basic facilities such as WiFi (though they say it is provided it doesn't even connect). Even though they have parking they don't provide it to you prioritising the night club. The swimming pool opens after 9am in the morning and you aren't even allowed to bring your towel to the pool(you'll have to go all the way to your room dripping wet). This hotel is not recommended at all. There are so many other hotels nearby for better rates and better service.

I have to say that I was very disappointed with my experience. The hotel was very dirty and the service was poor, so much so that I would not recommend it to anyone.

When I first arrived, I noticed that the lobby area was not well-maintained, and there was a musty smell throughout the hotel. The carpets were stained, and the walls were scuffed and marked. My room was not any better. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there was hair in the shower and sink. The bedsheets were stained, and the floor was dirty.

To make matters worse, the service at the hotel was very poor. The staff were not very friendly or helpful, and it seemed like they were not interested in making our stay comfortable. The staff did not seem to care about our concerns or complaints.

Overall, I would not recommend staying here. The dirty conditions and poor service made for an unpleasant stay. I hope that the hotel can take steps to improve their cleanliness and service so that future guests have a better experience.

Worst-dirtiest hotel in Dubai.
- the toilets are extremely dirty.
- toilets have bad smell
- when i got into the room, very bad smell. Bed sheets and linens had stains Seems like they haven’t changed since the previous guest checked out.
- cockroaches are all in toilets and room.
-TV is old model and no channels.
-TV remote and telephone are very dirty
- i stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, and its miserable experience. Very noisy in the other room. Late night the couple in another room fighting and shooting due to the guy was drunk. I couldn’t sleep the whole night.
- do not recommend to any type of traveller.
-NOT RECOMMENDED FOR TOURISTS and don’t stay here and ruin your holiday vacation or short-term office work

@everyone !!! Please DO NOT BOOK IN THIS HOTEL !! Its very dirty !!! Bed Sheets, pillowcases seems like they did not washed!!! Staffs are very unprofessional !!! You can smell the smoke everywhere also.its Very dirty !!! Its very cheap price and very cheap hotel also. The smell you cannot tolerate.

I found cockroach in the room behind the nightlamp table. The Broken wardrobe, we were asking water from the morning but no one responded from the room service. Worst room service. Only the location is good.

1) 3/4 electric charging sockets in my room do not work.

2) Some lights do not even turn on (which are the main room lights)

3) Disappointed to know this hotel does not even have a restaurant or cafe for breakfast/lunch/dinner.

4) When I asked the receptionist (male) for room charges to extend my stay just to find out current prices he replied - it is around 250 AED and then the next when I re confirmed with him he LIED to me saying "I never said this yesterday it is impossible" and seemed like he didn't even recognize me at the first place. What a shame !

5) The only good thing is their housekeeping service.

Stay away from this hotel ! There are plenty of other options in Deira

Very bad services.. the receptionist guy ???? service's bad experience to me and my family... I booked a room here online. 168 dirhams and paid online. After that when we got there the receptionist guy was rude to us. We went down from there. Stayed in another hotel
