Such an horrible price they are keeping.the same thing what you bought out side from hyper market such as AED. 28 to 30.00 and these signature minimart selling at AED. 37/- when you asked they have no reply. Feeling they have monopoly in the communities. Thinking to complain on economy consumer complaint. Seriously…

Very rude both in over the counter & delivery. Extremaly Bad Customer Service & Lack of Communications. Highly overpriced merchandise moreover they never give any free schemes that F&B companies are providing for retail clients.

I had a very bad experience with this minimart, I ordered few items and they asked me my mobile number, after long time they called from the shop and said the delivery boy arrived, them I went down to collect the delivery but he’s not here yet.
I went up again to my balcony, and after some time I saw the delivery boy leaving without even miss-calling me.
The delivery boy said that they give allowance for calling customers but he didn’t, so I asked him would you like the customers to wait for you on the road.
He was rude and aggressive and I think he’s racist.
The signature prices are much more than the outside shops and the delivery boys are horrible, so I’ll never ever buy again from this minimart again.

Late Delivery inspite of being in the same community. Even the grocery store outside the community brings before signature. IF HAVE 2 HOURS TO WAIT THEN ITS FINE, IF IN RUSH THEN PLEASE DO NOT TAKE RISK.

Worst service ever specially indian delivery guy..Called them at 4pm to deliver a bottle of water then there delivery guy had come at 6pm and he didnt even wait for 2min and he left and when i called him back he said i dont have bal. so stand downstairs i will come in 5min. am stading downstairs like 45min. whenever i am calling he is saying 2min 5min. but didnt come yet. Am requesting Alkhail height community kindly resolve it and Signature minimart 2A people should know some decency and they should do their work properly. its 4hrs till now i didnt receive my order.
