Scammers! They advertise cars with all sorts of options and warranties and service packages, but once you buy it, it doesn't have any of those things promised. Sales guy George gets all nervous and angry when you ask questions he cannot answer.
Agreed on the price, went to the bank to get the cash, next thing is the car was sold to someone else.
Complete liars.
Avoid at all costs, just check all the reviews here. Say no more.

I went back to the dealership and requested my money back, and they refused. I insisted and they only wanted to give me 2500AED back, which I refused. After a while, they pushed me to leave their dealership and they told me that they would not return anything to me. THEY ARE ABSOLUTE GARBAGE.
I did complaint on the Dubai Consumer Authority, which by themselves behave very bad, only getting back to me really after 2 AND HALF MONTHS LATER (today, 24th August) and, because I did not had a written agreement, they said that it was my fault and they would not do anything. Dubai Consumer Authority does not do nothing for the customers also.
So, I just wished I had come to consult the Google Reviews on Silkway Cars before I had gone to see them in the first place. Do not do the same mistake as I did and, always get a written agreement from any car dealership that you decide to do business with, and an invoice, in case you do any kind of payment.
This is a lesson for life for me.
They are absolute scumbags.
