Being in travel and events we regularly require varieties of corporate gifts.
I approached silver sword trading for a particular travel adapter, in 2 days they got us 200 pieces of the same travel adapters personalised with our branding at a price 20 percent cheaper from our current corporate gifts company.

They are very prompt and their product quality is outstanding.

I really just wanted to add a review to compliment the service we received from Ashley, Emily and Marcia. They were all so helpful, friendly and happy. It was an absolute pleasure to be served by them. Room was fine, very handy parking / access and central position.. Food we had was very good and much better than we expected.

Had a two night stay here. Check in was a farce. At 3pm there where EIGHTEEN people ( 8 bookings) waiting to check in with one person on the tiny reception on duty, it took forever.
Our room was dirty in places, splashes on the headboard, items under the bed and a filthy plughole in the bathroom sink. The room was too hot at night despite the heater being switched off as the Aircon part of it does not go below 19°, too uncomfortable to sleep decently during the night and that some kind of fan was running constantly in the room again despite nothing being switched on. These were not hot evenings outside by any means and the grill was full of dust, this could be removed in 2 minutes with a vacuum.

Breakfast. the food was average except for the joke fried eggs, well they looked like one, could not pop the yoke as it had been kept warm so long. I could not hold my plate at the buffet bar as it was too hot to hold continually. I had to warn an elderly couple behind me about them as the approached. The Summer Fruits on the Continental Buffet was still frozen solid in parts, and several times we had to ask for plates, poor really when there were very few guests actually having breakfast.
The exterior of the building, both front and back were either very tatty or strewn with cigarette butt's or litter.
Seating to the front is unfit to be used, there are remnants of red tape on one obviously used to stop anyone sitting on it due to its danger but no staff had either replaced or removed it. The other seats were rotting. These need to be ripped out. Not, I would of thought a good advert for the hotel.
The rear and car park had cigarette butt's and litter strewn all around the entrance area.
Staff must be waiting to be trained on how to use a sweeping brush.

Whilst we ate breakfast a workman drilled and banged around reception. Could he not have been told to arrive after 10 30am when breakfast had finished ? Not thought for the guests.

Premier Inns standards have slipped here. They still command a high price to book but sadly have not upheld the standards we expect.

Beds were comfortable but will not be using this P I again.

We do not complain to staff anywhere we stay for fear of repercussions (which has happened in the past at other hotels)
We always compliment when the need arises but sadly here it didn't.

We use PI regularly and this one disappointed on so many levels for the prices charged.

Me and my partner was staying in room 206 for a long weekend and 2 of the nights all we could smell was weed. In our room and along the corridor. Ashley one of the team members was very helpful with trying to spray air freshener and see where the smell was coming g from. We was told we would get some sort of compensation as it ruined our stay there and nothing of it. Wouldn't recommend it not stay there again.

I work in this area regularly and as such I often use this premier inn for accommodation. Always a decent night's sleep and I do use the business rooms which have a fridge, coffee machine etc too. Never had an issue with any noise and great location. The only thing I would mention is if they're full, parking is usually tough to get your hands on but there is a small parking bay across the road from the premier inn which is about £5 for the night. Have used this a few times when the car park has been full and never had any issues.

Always stay here. Stay here every few weeks just feel like I am at home when I’m here. The staff were absolutely amazing and helpful and make me feel very welcome. The rooms are always spotless and the beds are unbelievably comfy. I come here and I never want to go home lol. If you need any better stay in Clacton make sure you stay here.!!!

Not very well maintained, our card power switch was hanging off the wall and not always working, the temperature controls had switches missing and wouldn’t work. Premier Inns aren’t as good as they used to be and yet still charge a lot per night.

Nice centrally located. Stayed in premier plus room (208) Nice and clean room and great view. Complimentary Nespresso machine and pods. Only complaints: vent made a whiring hum all night so disturbed sleep, shower was very chalked up so very slow trickle of water, the air conditioning didn't work so room was very warm and the hairdryer was sticky ????

My go to place when visiting family in Clacton. I stayed for 5 nights, great sized room with a sea view I loved it. The night manager was extremely friendly and helpful at turning down the heat in my room. Went above and beyond to help and was extremely professional.
