Our pilot was very knowledgeable and kept us entertained throughout the hour + we were in the air (highest altitude reached was 4000 ft), showing us exotic sites and hidden treasures from the air. The driver who picked (3:15am) and dropped us back (7:45am) was very courteous and gracious. The entire experience was surreal and we couldn't have imagined it to be any better.

We had amazing time in the winters of Dubai, we enjoyed up in the air , this is one of the unique experience we had. The pilot was very knowledgeable the balloon was moving around on the desert we had scenic locations to see . It's one of the best activity of UAE after landing they gave us certificates to cherish these memories

Very well organized. Felt like safety was first priority, overall great organization. The view was just incredible. Even though this activity is a bit expensive in UAE I would highly advise it.

This was one of the best experience of my life. My wife surprised me with hot air balloon ride on our 1st wedding anniversary. The whole experience was amazing. From being picked up at 4:30 am from our location till getting dropped back at around 8:30 am, everything was wonderful. Special thanks to Sindbad Gulf Balloons for hosting this lovely experience.

4:00am wake-up call, headed to the Margham Desert to catch up with the sunrise at an altitude of 3,300 ft, then descended as low as 4-5 meters above the ground to admire the scenery of the desert. The ride lasted for about 2 hrs, it combined adrenaline and tranquility. Truly an invaluable memory for life ????thank you captain Orlando!

Was worth every penny i spent!

The pickup and drop were perfect!

The staff was good

Our ballon captain was really really nice person from egypt

The ride was calming comfortable and was the best sunrise i ever saw!

The ride wasn't scary at all. We were provided with coffee and biscuits as well.

Suggest you to wear proper clothing as it get really cold in the morning

P.s. don't look down!

We had planned this trip as a surprise for my Father-in-law. We were picked up from our home and transported to a meeting point where we waited for other groups to arrive. We were then taken out to the desert, towards Al Ain, where the balloons were being prepared. They had set up some tables with drinks and snacks. We then started our trip and it was amazing. The pilot was very friendly and we were able to stay in the air for approx. 40 minutes. Lovely view and landing was great fun. I would do it again.

Tremendous adventure worth every cent, penny or dirham! Folks, this is a great value for a high end adventure. My wife and I researched various options including third parties, in the end I decided to deal with Sinbad directly. Boy, wasn't that a great decision. Under the operational management of Ibrahim, they delivered everything they promised and then some. No gimmicks, great flying experience, breakfast and yes we did take the premium package which got us qualbike, desert safari and dune bashing, falconry, horse and camel riding. For a couple of hundred AEDs more we received a great movie of our experience. We'd do it again in a flash! Great job folks.
