The lead time of delivery was 4days from order place which is understandable.
But the driver called me at 11pm of Saturday without pre-communication or information twice. Absolutely non sense.
And I've received the deliveries but all of frozen items were completely melt and warm. The frozen items were in a brown coloured corton box, not properly packed. The delivery guy said their refrigerator of the vehicle was not working and the frozen items would be slightly defrosted so I accepted the items but when I open the box it was beyond 'DEFROST', the temperature of frozen items were almost same as mine as 36.5 degrees. Singarea must improve its service quality. I'm very much disappointed.
주문한 제품 배달하겠다고 밤 11시에 2회 전화하는 것도 참... 상식 밖이지만서도, 배달온 냉동식품이 완전히 녹다 못해 실온 상태였습니다. 서비스가 매우 엉망이라 사실 리뷰하는 시간도 아깝지만, Singarea 서비스를 계속 이용하는 분들이 더 나은 서비스를 제공 받기 바라는 마음에 리뷰 남깁니다.

Update-
When you meant I will be contacted by a customer service representative, I didn't expect to receive this simple text message with a surprise call from a driver asked me to open the door while I wasn't even told what time it's rescheduled. One thing to add more, I guess in order to achieve "your prime priority to provide highest level of service and attention to details to customers" you better answer the phone instead of posting here.
