do not ever try to use this courier they are 10000000% worst and careless courrier , very very bad experiend it took almost 2 weeks before our shipment came from india, then when they delivered our item almost half of the whole package has been damaged , so iresponsible , idiot & careless people

Had such a bad experience. Can't trust them and their services. They have a useless phone too where no one answers for at least 15 minutes initially. The pick-up service was booked on a Thursday afternoon 1.30 and the document pickup was not done till Friday 1.30. Customer Service answers that we are closed from 12 to 2 in the afternoon. Crazy answer. Did not want to give any star at all. But had to click on 1 star else this post will not go through. Never Ever go for a service with this courier.

No once answer our calls , I’m calling daily during the working hours but no answer.
This is not good customer service

I received the wrong delivery and I’m contacting your team in Qatar but no one interested to solve the problem

It’s really frustrating dealing with your company with such mentality your customer service have.

Company is good on pick up and delivery but they will not inform you if ypur shipment is recieved or paid by the costumer if u will not call them they will not inform that ypur money is collected.and each agent will say different protocol not good

I had called on 3rd July and rescheduled the delivery to the office address and I was promised that it would be delivered on 4th July but Did not receive the shipment. I tried calling 3-4 times everyday after 4th July but the call was not answered and disconnected after several minutes of hold. I was the status today that the document has been returned to the Shipper. This is such an irresponsible and worst service I ever faced with any courier service earlier.

Charged me for same day pick up, then failed to follow through. Once they failed to follow through I was set to receive a penalty by the receiving party and they refused to take any responsibility.

Not allow to complains

Corrier drop the phone when I talk with him and he's shout to me 2 times :)

Mangar not accept to talk with me.

More than one week to ask someone to come and collect shipment from my office.

I asked to contact with the owner or to manager but not allow.

Customer service her voice so looooow she's like still sleeping and still below blanket.

Not profitional
Wasted 1 week from my time

Becareful, they don't adhere to timelines, I've been making so many calls to them to arrange an important bank document, after being promised delivery the next working day, the document wasn't delivered to me, I had to make multiple calls again to ensure the delivery is again scheduled. Kindly adhere to timelines promised to customers

I booked a taxi for the morning it never turned up had to phone several times and was told taxi was booked for a later time woman l spoke to was lovely and came herself to get me to my destination and second time l booked a taxi an hour before giving them plenty of time taxi was late again l had to phone up got no apology was just told its on its way woman that turned up didn't apologise either worst taxi company l will never use them ever again
