Beautiful walk that was wheelchair accessible. The staff advised us to take the oak trail as that was the most accessible for me. It is an all natural path with some slopes and bumpy parts so take that into consideration if you are a manual user.

We did the oak walk with the kids, took 45 minutes, and was beautiful. Lovely views, and interesting information about the area on notices all the way around.
And a great play area with picnic area. In fact, lots of picnic areas all the way around the walk. Can't wait to come back and try all of the other walks available.

There's an opportunity for a nice hike if you're into that. The place is pretty modern, but I think that the people here should do a lot more to capitalize on the legend. This place could be a lot more popular, but now it seems like a pretty slow and chill place.

Lovely day out, staff are so friendly and helpful. The walk around the area is so beautiful and everything is kept so tidy regardless of how busy the place is.

Great morning walk with all the family. A good playground and the facilities are clean, car parking is £5 but entry is free. Plenty of picnic tables & benches along the woodland foot path. Looking forward to going again in a few months ????

Plenty of nice long walks to be had. Childrens play area and a visitor centre.
They even have the odd joke dotted around the place.

Visitors centre was good, loved the walk around the forest, and the cakes at the cafe were brilliant

Just done an 2 hour walk around sherwood forest. Really easy access with one or climbs. The main paths are reasonable wide with the side routes a bit tighter. A must is a visit to the Royal Oak with all its history.
