On arrival back to the UK the taxi driver insisted that we had to pay an extra £50. We were not allowed to pay the so called fine with card it had to be handed cash to the driver.
We had landed at 130 am. The car park was locked and we had no cash
The taxi driver was then advised to kick us all a family of 10 of which two children and a disabled elderly father out if the taxi on the side of the road.
When someone says you have to pay cash you know its not legitimate.
The taxi driver then held us hostage in the taxi driving around Birmingham in the early hours of the morning to find an atm we could pull the cash out of.
Eventually we managed to get the cash.
When we handed him the cash he didn't give us any kind of proper receipt.
He said call my boss in the morning then refused to give us any number.
Thankfully we caught the whole ordeal on video.
This was a horrific ordeal for our family. We were completely at their mercy due to the time.
It was criminal.
Never again will I used this company

We were lied too, held hostage, threatened with being dumped on the side of the road and forced to pay a fine that we were shouldn't have had paid.
And when we contacted skyPark Secure they refused to get involved saying they are just a price comparison company take it up with that company. Well that company have refused to help in any regard.
The only thing that is secure is that this company is able to get away with criminal activity praying on the innocent, elderly and vulnerable
